Sudbury Soccer is offering three
six-week Skills Academy sessions this winter at the new Field House at Chiswick Park in
Sudbury for those who want to improve their skills during the off-season.
The sessions will complement the Skills Academy programs held during the
spring and fall seasons, and will be run by Ross Duncan, Sudbury Soccer's
director of coaching.
Each session lasts an hour and will meet once
a week for six weeks. The cost for each session is $75 per player, which
covers the fee for renting the indoor facility, and will include an Academy
t-shirt. The academy is open to players from U8 (2nd grade) to U14 (8th
grade).
The first
session runs from Nov. 3 to Dec. 19, 2008; the Session 2 from Jan. 5
to Feb. 13, 2009; Session 3 from Feb 23 to April 3, 2009.
We are currently accepting
registrations for Session 2 and 3.
Each time slot in each session is limited to 16
players, first come, first served. Parents will be notified if their
child is not among the first 16.
