The registration deadlines are as follows: U9-U14, June 1; U6-U8, July 1; high school players, Sept. 5.

Registrations after the deadline will have a late fee of $25 added. Please note our refund policy.

The primary form of communication for SYSA is e-mail, so it's important that you keep your e-mail address up-to-date. To do so, sign on to your AdminSports account using the e-mail address that you used to set up your account. On the "Family Information" page, click on the "Modify Family Info" button and change any necessary information.

2010 Fall registration information

Sudbury Youth Soccer is partnering with AdminSports.com, an online youth sports service provider, to process online registrations.

There are 4 steps for online registration

Follow these steps after clicking the link below:

1. Family Setup: You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an e-mail address you check regularly. If you forget your password, you will need your correct e-mail address.

2. Player Setup: Again, you will only have to do this once for each player.

3. Registration for the season: This section contains the information for each player for the current season: grade, health insurance information, emergency contacts, medical information.

4. Checkout: You may pay by credit card or request a scholarship. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

Parents please note:

The registration deadlines are: July 1 for U6-U8; June 1 for U9-U14; and Sept. 5 for high school players.

Players will not be placed on a team until payment has been received.

In some circumstances, such as if you use a popup blocker, you may have a problem reaching the registration site through the link above. In that case, try cutting and pasting the following link directly into your browser's address bar:

Also, some corporate and university firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home.

The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and most versions of Netscape and AOL. It may or may not work with browsers other than these.

Registration deadline:

The deadline for U6-U8 (kindergarten-2nd grade) is July 1. The deadline for U9-U14 players (3rd-8th grade) is June 1. The deadline for U16-U18 players (high school) is Sept. 5.

Registrations will be accepted after that date on a space available basis, but a non-refundable $25 late fee will be added.

Refunds:

Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by e-mail to the SYSA administrator, not your child's coach. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. A full refund, including any late fees, will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations.

No refunds will be issued for U6–U8 players after Aug. 15; and for U9–U14 players after July 1. Refunds will be issued by the SYSA treasurer after the season begins.

Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds.
