Requests for refunds must be made by e-mail to the SYSA Administrator, not your child's coach. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. A full refund, including any late fees, will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations. Players sustaining a season ending injury before the half way point in the season may be issued a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for U9–U14 players once rosters are set (January 26th); for U6–U8 players after March 15th; and for U16-U18 players after rosters are set.
Credit card refunds can be issued by the SYSA Administrator. You must provide credit card information, full name on card, address, card number, expiration date, and security code. This information can be provided by email or phone, 978 443-1321.
Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds.
