lines of 3, one ball, player 1 passes to player 2, and spins the back
of the line, 2returns pass to next in line and spins off

Teams
will try and knock off opponents balls, when all 3 balls are knocked

2 lays down, 1 throws over 2, 2 must jump up and strike at the goal

React
quickly, focus on pace and direction of ball, position yourself
correctly, strike the center of the ball with the laces, get your knee
over the ball, follow through in the direction of the target

Players
challenge each other 1v1 and must strike at goal as early as possible,
after each goal the looser becomes goalkeeper
