Working
in 3’s – 2
with a ball on either side of the working player, the working player
must run between the two players, Firstly controlling a ground pass,
then into a thigh control, chest control.

to meet the ball, choose the correct surface to control the ball,
positive 1st touch out of feet, keep ball moving

TWO
20-30 minutes

Working
in 4’s -
1v1 in the middle 2 players out side the box,
Ball
is player into middle, player must successfully control the ball and
pass it out to a wall player.
