How to use the telephone hotline

Sudbury Soccer maintains a telephone hotline to communicate team information and field conditions, as well as notices of game cancellations.

Listening to hotline announcements:

1. Dial 1-877-3SD-TEAM (1-877-373-8326)

2. Upon hearing tone, dial the extension for the team (see the list below). For general information and field conditions, dial extension 5110 or 5150.

3. Listen to the announcement

Recording hotline announcements (for coaches only):

1. Dial 1-877-3SD-TEAM (1-877-373-8326)

2. Upon hearing tone, dial your extension

3. While listening to the announcement, press the # key

4. Enter your password followed by the # key

5. At the beep, record your announcement. When finished, press # key. 

6. Press 7 to save your announcement
