Sudbury Soccer coaching guides

Ross Duncan, Sudbury Soccer's director of coaching, has written a series of guides for coaches of teams at various age levels, outlining the basics of SYSA's training program, and including tips on teaching skills, picking formations, and organizing practices in a fun, structured, and age-appropriate manner.

The guides can be downloaded below in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. Acrobat requires the free Acrobat Reader.

Session plans for each week are available in .pdf format for older age groups, but the documents are passworded. Coaches will be given the password, or it's available from your age-group coordinator, or from Ross Duncan. Session pages also include video animations that help explain individual drills and exercises.
