Policy on holiday weekend tournaments

If your team participates in a holiday weekend tournament your regularly scheduled game must be pre-played.

The Referee Coordinator and Field Scheduler should be notified as far in advance as possible.

Note: The Referee Coordinator spends many hours assigning referees to games, therefore last minute cancellations are extremely frustrating and inconsiderate.
