Sudbury Youth Soccer is partnering with AdminSports.com to process online registrations.

There are 4 steps for online registration
Follow these steps after clicking the link below:

 1. Family Setup: You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you check regularly. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address.

2. Player Setup: Again, you will only have to do this once for each player.

3. Registration for the season: This section contains the information for each player for the current season: grade, health insurance information, emergency contacts, medical information.

4. Checkout: You may pay by credit card or request a fee waiver. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for financial reasons.

Parents please note:

  • Registrations will be accepted after the deadline on a space available basis, but a non-refundable $25 late fee will be added.

  • Click here if you're not sure in which age group your child belongs

  • Players will not be placed on a team until payment has been received

  • By registering your child you agree to abide by our parental conduct policy

 

Deadlines:

The deadline for U6 & U7 players is July 1, 2012; for U9-U14 players, May 16, 2012; and for U16-U18 players, September 1,2012. Academy Squad players MUST re-register for the fall.

 

Refunds:

Requests for refunds must be made by e-mail to the SYSA administrator, not your child's coach. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. A full refund, including any late fees, will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations.

No refunds will be issued for U9–U14 players after March 15, 2012; for U6–U8 players after August 15, 2012; and for U16-U18 players after September 10, 2012. Refunds will be issued by the SYSA treasurer after the season begins.

Please note that AdminSports, Inc. does not have the authority to issue refunds.
