Requests for refunds must be made in writing or by e-mail to the SYSA administrator, not your child's coach. A conflict with another sport does not trigger a refund. A full refund, including any late fees, will be issued to players not placed due to space limitations.

No refunds will be issued for U6–U8 players after Mar 15/Aug 15; and for U9–U14 players after Feb 1/July 1. Refunds will be issued by the SYSA treasurer after the season begins.
